We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to permanently delete your Xfuel account and what data will be removed.

How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: From the Xfuel App

Open the Xfuel app on your Android device
Go to Profile (bottom navigation bar)
Tap Settings (gear icon)
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Method 2: Via Email

If you're unable to access the app, send an email to support@xfuel.fit with the subject line "Delete My Account". Include the email address associated with your Xfuel account. We will process your request within 48 hours.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Account information: Email address, name, date of birth, gender
Profile data: Height, weight, fitness goals, calorie/macro targets
Cloud-synced data: Any profile and preference data stored in our Supabase cloud database
Purchase records: Association between your account and any in-app purchases

What Data Is Retained

Local device data: Meal logs, recipes, and progress photos stored locally on your device via SQLite are not automatically deleted. You can clear this by uninstalling the app.
Anonymized analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for service improvement.

⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your cloud data will be irreversibly removed. If you have an active Xfuel Fit purchase, it will not be refunded upon account deletion.

Data Retention Period

Upon account deletion, all personally identifiable data is removed from our servers within 30 days. Backup copies in encrypted backups may persist for up to 90 days before being automatically purged.
