By downloading, installing, or using the Xfuel mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Xfuel is a fitness and nutrition tracking application. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You may create an account using a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Xfuel Fit: A one-time purchase ($59.99) that unlocks premium features including ad removal, premium themes, and priority support.
Heroes Edition: A discounted one-time purchase ($49.99) available to military members, veterans, and first responders. Includes all Xfuel Fit features plus the exclusive Tactical theme.
All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's refund policies.
Xfuel is not a medical application and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The nutritional and fitness information provided by the App is for general informational purposes only. Always consult a healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or exercise routine.
You retain ownership of any data you input into the App (meals, recipes, progress photos). We do not share your personal health data with third parties.
The Xfuel name, logo, design, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Xfuel. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
Xfuel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, health outcomes, or service interruptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
